Concrete Lego Blocks Price

Concrete Lego Blocks Price

We thought we would give you an idea of how we price our block walls. Our concrete lego blocks price is determined using a few variables. Most clients ask for a price per block but this can be confusing as you are actually buying a wall.

At BlockWalls we manufacture and sell three wall widths: 800mm, 600mm, and 300mm.

The price of each one is different due to the amount of material used in each one and the concrete mix used.

We manufacture blocks using 3 mixes

  1. Eco Mix – This uses recycled material and has a reduced carbon footprint.
  2. Geo Mix – This mix uses waste materials from industry to make a cement replacement and is under development with Belfast Queens University – It is due to come on line during Q3 of 2016 and will deliver a very low carbon concrete.
  3. Standard C25 to C50 Mixes – We also manufacture standard OPC concrete to British Standards as requested by clients.

Guide Prices

  • 800mm wide wall between £88 and £125 m2
  • 600mm wide wall between £75 and £100 m2

Typical Use of Each Block Width

Stackabloc is our 800mm wall and gives the greatest mass. This wall is used in:

  • Heavy duty recycling bays
  • Heavy duty scrap bay
  • Retaining walls
  • Fire walls
  • Blast walls
  • Bund walls
  • River bank defence
  • Security barriers

Virtabloc is our 600mm wall and has less mass but is more economic and is used in:

  • Recycling bays
  • Material bays
  • Grain bays
  • Silage bays
  • Bund walls
  • River bank defence
  • Retaining walls
  • Building protection

Wallbloc is our 300mm wall and is the smallest block we manufacture and can be used in:

  • Reinforced earth retaining walls
  • Industrial buildings
  • Temporary Buildings

Cost of Delivery

The blocks weigh between 500kg and 2.4 tonnes each. We can deliver approximately:

  1. 15m2 of 800mm Stackabloc per load
  2. 20m2 of 600mm Virtabloc per load
  3. 40m2 of 300mm Wallbloc per load

The cost per load depends on the type of transport used (Hiab, Flatbed etc)  and distance. We normally use flat beds but some times a hiab is used for short distance loads.

The cost of a load ranges from £100 to £800 for majority of most UK locations

For very large orders that are a long distance away from our manufacturing facility we can manufacture on site.
